Guided tour of the historic district of Virieu-le-Grand, followed by a shared picnic at the Cascade de Clairefontaine.
Leaving the village, you will follow the heritage trail to discover the historic part of the village, once the Marquisate of Valromey under Honoré d'Urfé, author of the famous novel "L'Astrée". The visit will end at the Clairefontaine waterfall, a Sensitive Natural Area, where participants will be able to take a break around a shared picnic if they wish at the end of the visit.
As part of the compulsory health measures in the fight against Covid-19, the Tourist Office will ask each participant to wear a mask from the age of 12. There will be a physical distance of 1.50m between each participant and the guide will be equipped with a visor.
Visits will be provided for a minimum of 2 people, 20 participants maximum.
This visit requires a habit of walking on paths and the wearing of adapted shoes. You should also bring a hat and a bottle of water.

Visits may be cancelled due to weather conditions and if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
