As part of its visits, the Bugey Sud Grand Colombier Tourist Office invites you to discover one of the oldest villages in Valromey, in the heart of Bugey, in the municipality of Valromey-sur-Séran.
Discover the small village of Vieu, in the heart of Valromey.
After a visit to the spring and the Adoue chapel, dear to Paul Claudel, in the hamlet of Chongnes, you will go back to the past of the village, an important Gallo-Roman vicus until the 4th century, a medieval village and holiday resort of Brillat-Savarin.
Visits will be provided for a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 30 participants.
This visit requires familiarity with walking on paths and the wearing of hiking boots. You should also bring a hat and a bottle of water.
Guided tours on reservation at the Tourist Office.
Payment on registration is compulsory, preferably by credit card.
The exact place of the meeting will be communicated to you at the time of registration.
Visits may be cancelled due to weather conditions and if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
