In this 5-day upholstery course, you will renovate your chair with Julia, in Belley.
During this 30-hour (5-day) upholstery course, you will learn to reupholster an armchair or chair with your own hands. You will discover a trade and develop skills in furniture renovation.
Course programme :
Each day you will go a little further in discovering and learning how to repair an upholstered piece of furniture.
Here are the main steps: Uncovering (removing the old fabric) and stripping if necessary (removing the old upholstery) then strapping, lining, putting in horsehair, quilting, stitching, whitewashing and covering.
