Les Epicuriennes de Belley, a gastronomy festival, replaces Les Entretiens de Belley in the land of Brillat-Savarin. This 2nd edition "A toutes les sauces" is therefore dedicated to sauces.
Salty or sweet, hot or cold, sweet or spicy, classic or revisited, thick or light, they enhance our food and our plates.
Workshops, demonstrations, a market of local products, a large buffet and competitions will be held.
