Since 1934, this family farm has been cultivating the land in the broadest sense of the word, with a wine-growing part but also a dairy part.
Wine production covers 7 hectares, with particular emphasis on traditional method sparkling wines: brut blanc, brut rosé, brut nature and demi sec; but also on AOC Bugey wines: roussette and chardonnay as well as pinot and rosé.
The milk production (in organic farming) comes from a herd of 50
beautiful cows: montbéliardes, holsteins and tarines.
Located in Chatonod near Saint-Champ (known for its wild lake) in a pretty Bugist village, François Laurent and their sister Pascale welcome you to the farm at milking time (between 7 and 8 am and between 6 and 7 pm) or to the cellar.
The cellar is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 7pm.
Do not hesitate to make an appointment (especially for a visit on Sunday) by Facebook, email or telephone.
You will be welcomed in complete safety (wearing a mask, hydroalcoholic gel, respecting barrier gestures)
