At the heart of the Bugiste tradition, for more than a century, facing the great fountain of Les Terreaux, the Brasserie-Restaurant des Terreaux, which has been awarded the Maître-Restaurateur label, offers Bugiste specialities based on local produce and Bugey wines.

The Brasserie des Terreaux, also labelled Vignobles & Découvertes et Saveurs de l'Ain, offers a family cuisine, which revives the traditions of the Brillat-Savarin region.
The establishment features a large terrace in the city centre and a nicely decorated dining room.
Group bookings are possible on request.
In June 2019, the hotel was awarded the title of Master Restorer, a title that attests to a "home-made" cuisine, mainly with local producers.
