Lavours Marshes is one of the last remaining continental marshlands in Western Europe.

At the base of the Grand Colombier mountain lie Lavours Marshes, a protected wetlands reserve that can be explored on a raised wooden walkway.
The Lavours Marshes Nature Reserve at the foot of the Grand Colombier mountain lies mainly within the commune of Ceyzérieu and is reached from a hamlet named Aignoz.
