Night of the truffe
The Syndicat des Trufficulteurs du Bugey organizes the second gastronomic night of the truffle. This evening organized this year in the Brégnier-Cordon festival hall is the new meeting place for bugist conviviality.
Chef Sylvain Cochet will prepare a buffet dinner where the Bugey truffle will make your taste buds salivate. Around the standing table, you will discover at your own pace, the black diamond in all its facets. Don't forget to book! The number of places is limited to 160 people.

Gourmet truffle bites
All of this is of course accompanied by wines from the Bugey du Caveau Martin Barbaz. Recommendations from wine associations will be proposed at each gourmet stage.
