At 3pm: fruity demonstration followed by a conference, open to the public. Loïc Ballet journaliste will be present on France 2, Frédéric Jaunault, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Primeur and a guest chef will host the conference.
The "Golden Aprons in the Land of Brillat-Savarin" evening will take place at L'Intégral (by invitation).
As part of the 33rd Entretiens de Belley, excerpts from the exhibition "L'Ain au menu. An art of gastronomy" in partnership with the Bugey-Valromey Museum, from 4 to 12 October.
